Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@wetheWeb3.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding

Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

10.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND WE, THE WEB3 INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek equitable relief in court for:

Violations that cannot be adequately remedied through arbitration
